DDT,BHC粉劑對水稻鐵甲蟲成蟲藥效比較試驗

摘要


在臺灣,過去多用10% DDT粉劑25kg/ha用量防治鐵甲蟲,據試驗所知5% DDT粉劑45kg/ha用量、1% γ-BHC粉劑35kg/ha、1% γ-BHC粉劑25kg/ha及0.5% γ-BHC粉劑45kg/ha等4種處理其純淨殺蟲效果與10% DDT粉劑25kg/ha用量者並無明顯差別,但該等藥劑之價格不同,故應參照當時之售價而選用適宜之藥劑及用量。 施粉器具之種類以及施藥時之風力日光等,對粉劑之殺蟲效果均有影響,故應決對避免使用麻布撒粉袋;並在1階以下風速之清晨(6-9時)撒佈粉劑最爲理想。 在室內測定以50%死亡率之毒力爲標準,10% DDT粉劑35kg/ha用量其毒力最多可以維持12天,1% γ-BHC粉劑35kg/ha用量最多只能維持8-9天,但在1m/s之風速中則僅能維持2天,且田間因子複雜故該等粉劑在合於經濟防治之濃度及用量下,其餘留毒力實難作有把握之利用。

This is the first report on the experiment of several kinds of chlorinated hydrocarbon insecticides against the spiny leaf beetle adults, conducted during 1950-1953. The results are shown as follows: 1. According to the laboratory investigations, it showed that 5% DDT dust with the dosage of 45kg per ha, 0.5% γ-BHC dust 45kg per ha, 1% γ-BHC dust 35kg per ha and 1% γ-BHC 25kg per ha were not different in toxicity from 10% DDT dust with the dosage of 25kg per ha, as shown in table 1. 2. Basing on the result of field tests, corrected mortalities were obtained by various dosages and concentrations of different chemicals. Then from the table 3, we may find out each chemical under the expecting corrected mortality, of its required indoor dosage; after comparing this dosage with that practically used in the field, we found out the difference. This difference was due to the quality of chemicals, kinds of dusters, and the complicated factors of the fields. This is termed as 「Constance difference in field application」. The average of the constance difference is named 「The standard constance of difference in field」 as shown in table 4. 3. The use of different dusters had a great influence to the effect of control. In the same mortality there was much difference between fan type of hand duster and the duster bag. 4. The residual toxicity under L. D. 50 of the chemicals, 10% DDT dust 35 per ha lasted 12 days; 1% γ-BHC dust 35kg per ha only about 8-9 days, as shown in the laboratory condition (see table 5). Factors in field were very complicated, wind velocity and sunshine also had very great influence on the effect of residual toxicity of chemicals. We learned, it is from 6 to 9 a.m. with wind speed below the 1st gradeit for the optimum condition for the field application.
