臺灣柑橘球粉介殼蟲之天敵
The Natural Enemies of Nipaecoccus Filamentosus (Cockerell) in Taiwan

According to the present survey, 3 species of natural enemies of citus mealybug have been recorded, i.e. Anagyrus sawadai Ishii, Cryptolaemus montr-ouzieri (Mulsant) and Scymnus (Nephus) ryuguns Kamiya. Among them. C. montr-ouzieri and A. sawadai were the most effective. Although they play important roles, but they came out seemly so late, it had to artificial production and releasion for over coming the high population of citrus mealybug in early summer.
