摘要

利用眞空乾燥以長期保存微生物的方法已被世界學者所重視，筆者亦曾以Sordelli氏保存管，應用於洋茹胞子的貯存，獲得良好的結果，惟該氏保存管，如能改用安板管的貯存管（如圖一），在真空度與乾燥方面，更可以得到長期確切的保證，本試驗在二年內利用安瓶管貯存管保存洋務胞子無論置於-20°, -4°, 0°, 5°, 25℃及室內常溫下貯存，經培養後均能在十天內以肉眼看到正常發育的洋茹菌絲，同時在產量上，於二年栽培所得亦無減產的現象。

Proservation of microorganisms by using vacuum-drying methods has long been noticed. A good result was also obtained by employing the method of Sordelli for the storage of basidiospores of Agaricus bisporus. However, a better result has been obtained if an ampoule was used instead of the larger test tube as described earlier by the authors. Spores retained viability after two years' storage in a vacuum-dried ampoule kept at-20°, -4°, 0°, 50, 25℃ and room temperature. No decrease in mushroom yield was observed during two years' experiments.
