臺灣紅蟎抗藥性之初步研究

Preliminary Studies on the Resistance of Three Spider Mites to Chemicals in Taiwan

摘要


以葉浸法(Leaf-dip method)及膠帶黏法(Slide-dip mothod)處理,所得結果差異甚大。一般言之,以膠帶黏浸法所得LC50及LC95之值均較葉浸法所獲之值爲高。 本文所涉及的三種紅蟎,其中以柑桔紅蟎對各種藥劑之抗性最爲顯苦而普遍,其對各種藥劑所生之抗性又以對有機磷劑最爲強烈,在殺蟎劑中,其對Chlorobenzilate之抗性亦最突出,而僞二點紅蟎與神澤氏紅蟎亦對有機磷劑具有明顯之抗性,但在程度上,遠遜於柑桔紅蟎之抗性。 抗Malathion之柑桔紅蟎,對極大部份之有機磷劑均具有交叉抗性(Phosdrin則爲例外),對其他種類藥劑之交叉抗性,無規則可尋,如對氨基甲酸鹽類之Carbaryl(Sevin)及有機氯烴劑之Chlorobenzilate具明顯之交叉抗性,而對Kelthane則僅具微弱之抗性。 一般而言,紅蟎對有機磷類之抗性生成甚速;而對其他各類型殺蟎劑之抗性生成則甚爲緩慢,其消失亦然。

This paper contains the investigation of the field collecting spider mites resistance to acaricides and organophorous insecticides in Taiwan (1970-74). The tested mites, Tetranychus truncates Ehara, Panonychus citri (McGregor) and T. kanzawai Kishida, were from several different local populations to compare with the laboratory rearing strain of T. truncatus and P. citri. The methods of leaf-dip and slide-dip were used for test. Generally, all strains of P. citri exhibited higher degrees of resistance to both acaricides and organophosphates; strains of T. truncates showed lower degree of resistance to acaricides, but much higher to the organophosphates. The malathion-resistant strain of P. citri were also resistant to some organophosphates (except phosdrin) which also increased the resistant levels to chlorobenzilate and carbaryl (sevin), but slightly resistant to kelthane. The values of LC50 and LC95 from the slide-dip method were always higher than the values of LC50 and LC95 from the leaf-dip method.
