小菜蛾性誘劑之田間誘效試驗 Ⅱ 性誘劑對小菜蛾之防治與發生預測

摘要


爲測定小菜蛾性誘劑在本省田間之誘雄實效,乃在臺中萬豐本所農場進行試驗。得知性誘劑(Z11-16: Ald+Z11-16: Ac+Z11-16: OH, 1: 1: 002)劑量爲50或100μg,誘蟲盒間隔距離爲2.2或4m時,對小菜蛾族羣均無抑制效果;使用劑量爲50μg,誘蟲盒間隔距離爲11m,其1週所誘得雄蛾數能反映其使用前1週,或預測誘集後1及2週甘藍上小菜蛾第三與四齡之幼蟲數,其r值分別爲0855(n=21),0.662(n=16)及0.578(n=14)。又該劑對寄生小菜蛾幼蟲之小繭蜂Apanteles plutellae無引誘力。

Studies were conducted in cabbage field of the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute at Wufeng, Taichung during 1980-1982, to determine the potential synthetic sex pheromone trapping for controlling and monitoring diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella. The results showed that the sex pheromone lure (Z11-16: Ald+Z11-16: Ac+Z11-16: OH, 1: 1: 0.02) with 50 or l00ug per trap set up a distance as dense as 2.2m (25 traps/l00m^2) or 4m (15 traps/240m^2) apart, were not able to control the subsequent populations of DBM occurred in the field. However, the total number of male moths cought weekly by the traps (50ug/trap) set at urn apart (1 trap/l00m^2) showed the correlation with the subsequent populations of the 3rd-and 4 th-instar larvae of DBM occurring 2-week later. The sex pheromone lure did not attract the braconid, Apanteles plutellae, a larval parasitoid of DBM.
