摘要
在本省爲害瓜類的薊馬共有8種，其中屬於管尾亞口者1種，即中國薊馬(Haplothrips chinensis Priesner)。屬於錐尾亞目者7種，即臺灣花薊馬(Frankliniella intonsa (Trybom))、豆薊馬(Megalurothrips usitatus (Bagnall)、檬果花薊馬(Megalurothrips typicus Bagnall)淡色薊馬(Thrips flavus Schrank)、花薊馬(Thrips hawaiiensis(Morgan))、南黃薊馬(Thrips palmi Karny)、葱薊馬(Thrps tabaci L.)等。本文以圖解之檢素表鑑別8種薊馬，並描述每一種的特徵。

This paper gives the brief description of these thrips, and uses a pictorial key to identify them.
