NO3/NH4比率和養液深度對溫室洋香瓜生育之影響

Effects of NO3/NH4 Ratio and Depth of Nutrient Solution on the Growth of Greenhouse Muskmelon

摘要


本試驗行不同NO3/NH4比率(12:0、10:2、8:4、6:6)的養液,對溫室洋香瓜(Cucumis melo L.)之生育影響試驗,結果顯示養液中之NH4對NO3的比率增加時,植體內之鈣含量相對的減少,適合洋香瓜生長的NO3/NH4比率為10:2。以浮根式栽培法配以平衡之培養液(山崎洋香瓜培養液)時,養液之深淺對於洋香瓜之生育,並無顯著影響。

The effects of different ratios of NO3/NH4 (12:0, 10:2, 8:4, 6:6) in nutrient solution on the growth of greenhouse muskmelon were studied. The results showed that the calcium content in the plant tissues decreased as the ratio of NH4 to NO3 in the solution increased. Optimum ratio of the NO3/NH4 nutrient solution for the growth of greenhouse muskmelon was 10:2. No significant difference was observed on the growth of greenhouse muskmelon at various depths of nutrient solution by the cultivation of floating hydroponic method.
