相對濕度計標準校正裝置之製作試驗

Development and Test of a Standard Calibration Device for Relative Humidity Sensors

摘要


在此研究中改良製作一種相對濕度計的標準校正設備,此設備利用兩股氮氣氣流,各為絕乾與含飽和水蒸氣狀態下加以混合,以產生全範圍的相對濕度值。相對濕度計在此混合氣流之量測值用以建立校正曲線,其相對標準值係得自冷卻鏡面法量測之露點溫度與乾球溫度,而此露點溫度量測技術係可歸源於NBS標準,以此技術建立之校正曲線與利用十三種飽和鹽溶液建立之結果比較,前者所得之校正曲線有更良好的準確性。利用此校正裝置可提供一種簡單,快速之技術,以執行相對濕度計之校正作業。

In this study, a calibration device was developed to conduct the calibration work for electric relative humidity sensors. Two nitrogen gas streams, one is pure dried and another is saturated with water, are mixed to obtain the full range of RH values in the device for calibration. The results were compared with the dew-point temperature sensing by chilled mirror that was traced to the NBS served as the standard. Comparing the eperiments results with the calibration curves that estabilished by thirteen saturated salt solutions, a better accuracy was found. This device has provided a simple and rapid technique to do the calibration work for RH sensors.
