Calibration of Dynamic Pressure Sensors through a Step Pressure Generator

摘要


本文採用步階壓力產生器校正動態壓力計。首先建構動態壓力計系統模式並推導其步階響應,分析步階響應之函數特徵與校正參數的關係,藉此提出校正參數的識別方法。最後進行校正實測,順利求取校正參數。實驗室已建構設備與方法進行動態壓力計校正,未來將可提供動態壓力計之校正服務。

This paper calibrated dynamic pressure sensor through a step pressure generator. In this study, the model of the dynamic pressure sensor system is constructed, and its step response is also derived. By analyzing the relation between the characteristics of the step response and the calibrated parameters, the method to identify the calibrated parameters is then proposed. Finally, the experiments of dynamic pressure sensor calibration are conducted, and the parameters need to be calibrated are all successfully obtained. Our laboratory has constructed the equipment and the method to calibrate dynamic pressure sensors, and will provide the calibration services in the future.
