果樹樹型整修機械之研究

Study on the Pruning Implement of Subtropical Fruit Tree

摘要


本研究旨在研發果樹樹型整修作業機械,以進行荔枝、龍眼、芒果、棗子等果樹經側引後之三層截頂角錐式之樹架的整技與矮化工作,以減少整枝修剪工時與便於日後之管理、收穫,提高水果品質、產量與果農收益,促進本省果園邁入科學管理之領域。本機之設計係將所需之樹架(底層距地高為60公尺,徑寬2公尺,每層間距60公分,頂徑寬1公尺,樹高1.8公尺以下)一次修剪成型,目前已完成三層式整枝機構及相關配件之設計研製,該雛型機經室內運轉試車良好,並以切斷速度比(k) 1.86,即0.36 m/s之行走速度,0.67 m/s之切刀往復速度,進行田間作業試驗,經觀察結果,作業功能符合原設計要求,作業時對果樹枝條的傷害程度,據初步調查,尚未造成不適用之現象,唯需重複進行田間作業試驗與相關調查分析。

There is a challenge to develop a pruning machine to shape the fruit tree frame work as a top flatted cone with three layers to dwarf the frame work. The spacing between each layer is sixty cm. It will make the advantage of easy to cultivating and handling. The upper layer has one meter in diameter and the lower layer is two meter, respectively. The machine will form the frame work through one operation with a cutting speed of 0.67 m/s respect to 0.36 m/s working speed. Because of the field trail, the performance of the machine can meet the demand and the damage rate does not affect the growth of the tree.
