果樹樹型整修機械之試驗改良

The Improvement of the Pruning Machine for Subtropical Fruit Tree

摘要


本所初步完成之果樹樹型整修雛型機,經分析田間試驗結果,並進行其整枝及相關機構、配件等之修正與改良後,其底盤為四輪傳動、四輪轉向,轉彎半徑小(約2.2公尺)側整枝及三層水平整枝機構之位置分別裝置於近駕駛座前、後方,便於進行枝條修剪和隨時檢視作業狀況。整枝機構之動力傳動系統改以油壓驅動取代原規劃之機械式傳動,其切刀往復數可應需要作無段調整。並以K=2.4之切斷速度比,即行走速度0.24m/s,割刀往復速度0.58m/s進行作業,田間試驗結果良好,唯引擎馬力(7HP/2200r.p.m, 8HP/r.p.m)宜稍為加大。

The objective of this study is to improve the prototype pruning machine made by the TARI for fruit trees. The main defect induced by each mechanism according to the results of the field experiment last yeat had been located and corrected. A four wheel drive and four wheel steering chassis had been used to instead of the old one. There is an advantage to reduce the steering radius of this pruning machine within 2.2 meters. In order to make a good sight during operation, the side and horizontal pruning mechanisms were rearranged and placed at the near front and the rear of the driver's seat. A hydraulic power system is used to stand for the original one of mechanical type for pruning. The cutting speed can be easily changed by adjusting the proportional valve of the loop. The field operation indicated that a better doing of this pruning machine may get on a cutting speed of 0.58 m/s related to a traveling speed of 0.24m/s. A bigger horsepower engine should use because of the output of the mounted engine (8HP/2400rpm) isn't enough for the demand of the field operation.
