杏鮑菇稻草栽培之研究

The Cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii (DC.: Fr.) Quél. on Rice Straw Substrate

摘要


風乾稻草經切短為一吋左右,加足水份並填加以稻草乾重1%之氫氧化鈣,在不填加任何營養之情形下堆積20天後,裝袋並以95至100℃水煮6小時處理,可做為杏鮑菇(Pleurotus eryngii)之栽培基質。經以上處理,3公斤含水量約為70%之稻草,分別接種ATCC36047及CCRC36037兩杏鮑菇菌株,在17~18℃之栽培溫度下,30天內之平均產量依次為425.0及137.59,其差異達1%之顯著水準。又若稻草經加水堆積2個月後,方以95~100℃分別水煮2, 4或6小時,則3公斤含水量約為68%之以上3種處理的稻草,接種ATCC36047杏鮑菇菌株,亦在17~18℃之栽培溫度下,35天內之平均產量依次為346.7, 382.5及170.0g。水煮時間為6小時之處理的稻草基質因受木徽感染,導致產量降低。

Air-dried rice straw was cut into short pieces about linch in length and watered sufficiently. After being added with calcium hydroxide, the straw was heaped for 20 days without adding any other nutrient. The straw was then filled into minutely perforated plastic bags and soaked in boiling water for 6 hrs. The resulted substrate was found to be able to grow Pleurotus eryngii. After spawning and spawn running, 3kg of this straw containing 70% of warer could produce 425.0 g and 137.5 g of fruitbodies for the strain ATCC 36047 and CCRC 36037, respectively, in 35 days when cropped at 17~18℃. If the rice straw was heaped for 2 months followed by soaking in boiling water for 2, 4, or 6 hrs, 3kg of the treated straw containing 68% of water could produce, respectively, 346.7 g, 382.5, and 170.0 g of fruitbodies in 35 days when cropped at 17~18℃. The treatment of 6 hrs' soaking in boiling water resulted in much less fruitbody yield because the straw was severely infected by Trichoderma spp. after the mushroom mycelium had grown throughout the substrate.
