玉米不同株齡幼苗與耐銨之相關性

Relationship between Seedling Stage and Tolerance to Ammonium in Maize

摘要


本試驗利用玉米自交系及F1單交種為材料,於玉米不同株齡期,以100mM NH4(上标 +),在砂耕栽培環境下進行試驗。結果顯示,不同基因型間對NH4(上标 +)之耐性有明顯的差異;不同株齡問其耐性也不同,隨著株齡增加其耐性漸增,且株齡與乾物重間呈直線相關。本研究結果得知,有效的鑑別及篩選耐銨之玉米種源的最適當時期為2葉齡期,其次為0葉齡期(即玉米剛出土,但葉片尚未展開)。

To evaluate the tolerance of maize inbred and hybrid to ammonium-nitrogen (NH4(superscript +)-N), seedlings were grown in sand culture and supplemented with 100mM NH4(superscript +) at different stages. Seedlings were harvested at 14 days after application of ammonium-nitrogen (NH4(superscript +)-N) to determine the gross differences in total dry mass. The results showed that significant difference in genotype and plant growth stage were observed in seedling total dry weight in 100mM NH4(superscript +)-Ntrentment The tolerance to ammonium was increased with plant growth stages. There was a linear correlation between total dry weight and plant growth stages of maize seedling. The key stage for determining the tolerance to ammonium in mnige the seedling at the was 2 leaf stage.
