摘要

1.Aeromonas liquefaciens之病原性與收菌量成一個正比例的關係，卽病原性菌株與準病原性菌株之收菌量顯著的比非病原性菌株爲高。
2.菌體內毒素之Gelatin液化性、Casein之分解性、溶血性與Molish反應等之活性與病原性成正比的關係。
3.病原性菌株、準病原性菌株與非病原性菌株皆具有產生出血性毒素與壞死性毒素之因子，但病原性並非與其毒素之性質而是與其產生量有關。

1. The growth of the present virulent and attenuated virulent organisms on agar plate medium was higher than that of the avirulent strain remarkably.
2. There was a direct ratio connectionship between the activities of toxic substances (gelatinase, hemolysis, hydrolysis of casein, and molish's reaction) and the pathogenicity of the present organism.
3. The strains including virulent, attenuated virulent and avirulent strains contained the production factors of both hemorrhagic and necrotic endotoxin, but the pathogenicity was closely related to the quantity of the toxin produced and not related to the quality of the toxic substances.
