Morphological Obserations on the Larval Development of Macrobrachium Formosense

室內孵化之臺灣沼蝦幼苗變態研究

摘要


爲評估拖網作業中入網魚羣量與漁獲量之相關性,及解明魚羣入網之生態。自行設計之網口記錄儀裝設於浮子綱中央部位,分別使用研究船海研一號及訓練船漁訓一號於臺灣海峽,南部沿岸及北部海域進行拖網作業試驗,共實施26網次試驗,初步結果摘要如下:(1)供試驗網具在平均3.0 Knots曳行速度下的網口垂直展開,約3.0~3.5公尺之間。(2)網次別之漁獲量,因作業水域不同而有差異,每網次漁獲量平均僅爲100kg左右,C.P.U.E.至爲偏低。(3)34 mm和56 mm兩種網目規格的漁獲量,和入網魚羣量記錄跡面積和之間,皆具有高度的直線相關,相關係數分别爲0.85和0.78。(4)56 mm網目規格之相關係數,較34 mm者爲低。是因56 mm網目較大,允許入網後之魚羣逃出網外之機會較大所致。(5)以相等入網魚羣記錄跡之面積和,比較34 mm和56 mm兩網目規格之漁獲量結果,前者較後者約增加24%~41%,該數値和兩者網目選擇性試驗結果爲25%~30%,極爲相符。(6)魚羣入網行爲初步考察結果,大部分魚類保持在網口之中間進入者居多,水平之入網生態有待後續試驗進一步檢討。

In order to estimate the amount of fish passing through the opening ofnet while trawling,it needs to find out the relationship between catch andscanned area by net recorder.A self-designed,spherical net recorder wasinstalled on the experimental trawl-net,during the two cruises performed byR.V.Fishing Trainner Ⅰ and Ocean Researcher Ⅰ,respectively.A total of 26hauls were conducted in the southern part of East China Sea,northwesternTaiwan Strait and the coastal waters along southwestern Taiwan.The resultswere summerized as follows:The height of net mouth was 3.0-3.5m at the tow speed of 3.0 knots.Most of fish pass through the middle layer of net opening.The amount ofcatch varied with fishing grounds,being nearly 100 Kg in average,which isvery low when converted to CPUE.A high correlation between the catch and the intergrated area of fishtrace in two types of net were found,with correlation coefficient of 0.85 and0.78 for 34 mm and 56 mm mesh sizes,respectively.Larger net mesh allowsthe fish to escape more easily.When comparing the efficiency of two typesof mesh sizes by the detection of fish echo traces,the catch with 34 mmtrawl-net has 24-41% higher than that of 56 mm.
