Larval development of the freshwater shrimp Macrobarchium nipponensewere observed under combinations of three temperature regimes from 20 to30℃ and 11 salinities from 0 to 34 ppt.The optimal temperature and salinityregime for high survival and fast growth is 27-31℃,and 9-14 ppt.High temperature hastened the metamorphosis and growth.
