Coloration and Growth of Artemia under Various Diets

鉰育不同鉰料豐年蝦的呈色與成長

摘要


本研究在探討自臺灣南部的三個草蝦池取樣的草蝦上分離之好氣性異營菌的分佈及水解酵素的活性。全蝦的好氣性總生菌數為1.6×10^(6)/g。經鑑定其中佔優勢的100株菌,發现Moraxella佔57%,Pseudomonas佔30%,Alcaligenes佔3%,Plesiomonas佔3%,Vibrio佔3%,Flavobacterium佔1%,其它佔3%。分離株中未發現革蘭氏陽性菌。經過測試各分離株的水解酵素活性,發現一株Vibrio具有最强的酪蛋白酵素、膠原蛋白酵素及幾丁質酵素的活性。若干Pseudomonas菌株亦具有相當强的脂肪酵素、澱粉酵素或DNA水解酵素的活性。有一株Plesiomonas具有最强的水解RNA活性。Vibrio、Pseudomonas、Plesiomonas、Alcaligenes及Flavobacterium是使本試驗取樣的草蝦裂解的優勢菌屬。

Distribution and hydrolytic enzyme activities of aerobic,heterotrophicbacteria isolated from grass prawns which were sampled from three shrimpculture ponds in southern Taiwan,were investigated.The viable bacterialcount on average for the whole shrimp was 1.6×10^(6)/g.The identification of100 prevailing randomly isolated bacteria from grass prawn showed that theoccurrence of bacterial genera as a percentage of the total was Moraxella 57%;Pseudomonas 30%;Alcaligenes 3%;Plesiomonas 3%;Vibrio 3%;Flavobacterium1%;and others 3%.No gram-positive organisms were isolated.The activitiesof hydrolytic enzymes in crude enzyme solution of each isolate were measured.A Vibrio culture showed the highest caseinase,gelatinase and chitinaseactivities among all of the isolates.Certain Pseudomonas cultures possessedhigh lipase,amylase or DNase activity,and a Plesiomonas culture exhibitedmarkedly the hydrolytic activity of RNA.Vibrio,Pseudomonas,Plesiomonas,Alcaligenes,and Flavobacterium are the predominant genera which play therole on the degradation of grass prawn.
