Preliminary Study on Temporal Variation of Ichthyoplankton Density and Composition in the I-lan Bay,Taiwan

摘要


本研究係由海研一號研究船1990年8月OR248航次及海富號試驗船1991年8月HF271F航次採得共計約17公斤之漂流藻及其附著之魚類、魚卵進行分析所得之結果。OR248航次計採6225尾魚類標本,可鑑定的6221尾,有6科、5屬、6種魚種,其中有6181尾是剛孵化的鯔科魚苗,而花鰧有28尾。HF271F航次共採163尾魚,計有11科、16屬、16種魚,其中以單尾單棘魨為優勢種(佔54.9%),其次花鰧(14.8%),五線雀鯛(6.8%)及鈍頭鳚(5.6%)。經比較OR248航次(較離岸)的魚種少,數量多,而HF271F航次(較近岸)的魚種多,數量少,而且兩航次均有大量仔或稚魚出現,另外OR248航次有一測站採得之漂流藻上滿佈魚卵及鲻科魚苗,足見漂流藻和魚類產卵,仔稚魚及成魚間有密切關係。為能進一步探討漂流藻和魚類間的關係,需要更多的採樣(如不同季節及水域的採樣)以便進行有系統的分析。

A dipnet(diameter 80 cm,length 100 cm and mesh 1 cm)was used to collectdrifting seaweeds and their attached fish and fish egg off northeastern Taiwanby R.V.Ocean Researcher 1,cruise OR248 in August 1990 and R.V.Hai-Fu,cruise HF271F in August 1991.In cruise OR248,6223 collected fishes wererepresented by 6 families and 6 species.The Mugilidae larvae were the mostdominant species containing 99.3% of the total samples.Histrio histrio wasthe second most species(0.4%).In cruise HF271F,163 fishes were sampledand contained 11 families and 16 species.Aluterus scriptus was the mostdominant species occuping 53.1% of the total fishes,followed by H.histrio(14.8%),Abudefduf vaigensis(6.8%)and Petroscirtes breviceps(5.6%).It appearedthat offshore cruise(OR248)had less species but large number of fish whileinshore cruise(HF271F)had more species and less fish.Moreover,largeamount of larval and juvenile fish occurred in both cruises,and a great dealof fish eggs were attached on drifting seaweeds.This result revealed thatthere is a close association between fish egg and larval,juvenile and adult fishand drifting seaweed.
