摘要


利用體長頻度分析法中之MULTIFAN法,探討臺中港附近海域產紅斑赤蝦(Metapenaeopsis barbata)之成長。本報告中考慮兩個不同的成長假設(季節性成長和第一個年齡群之大小選擇率)之四個交插模式,來擬合資料並估計其成長參數。從1992年2月至1993年1月,按月別自海域作業之衍拖網漁船船上直接採樣,共收集9組體長組成樣本。結果顯示如下:(1)性別間,體重與頭胸甲長的關係有著顯著差異;(2)包含季節性變異的成長方程式,更能適當描述本種蝦的成長形式;第一個年齡群的大小選擇率對成長估計値在雌蝦有影響,雄蝦則無,b1値各為2.607與0;(3)雌蝦的成長較雄蝦快,其成長參數如下:雌:L(下标 ∞)=26.7(mm)、k=0.860(year^(-1))、C=0.95、t(下标 s)=-0.07(year)雄:L(下标 ∞)=23.9(mm)、k=0.724(year^(-1))、C=0.95、t(下标 s)=-0.09(year)

A length-based method,MULTIFAN,was used to estimate the growth parameters ofred-spot shrimp,Metapenaeopsis barbata,from the adjacent waters off Taichung harbor.A total of 9 monthly data sets was collected during February 1992 and January 1993 fromthe catches of a beam trawler.Four models of different growth hypotheses,which tookinto considerations of seasonal variation and size selectivity for the first age class,wereused to estimate the growth parameters.The results show that:(1)there is a significant difference in the relationship of carapacelength and body weight between sexes;(2)the growth equation incorporating seasonal variationcan better describe the growth of red-spot shrimp;(3)the size selectivity of the firstage class has no significant influence for male but has significant influence for female onthe estimates of growth parameters;the values of bl are 2.607 and 0 for female and male,respectively;(4)the growth of carapace length is faster in female than in male.Theparameters of growth equation are as follows:Female:L(subscript ∞)=26.7(mm),K=0.86(year^(-1)),C=0.95 and t(subscript s)=-0.07(year)Male:L(subscript ∞)=23.9(mm),K=0.724(ycar^(-1)),C=0.95 and t(subscript s)=-0.09(ycar)
