Distribution of Fish Larvae in Relation to Pycnocline in the Coastal Waters of Tan-Shui,Taiwan

淡水沿海密度鋒面與仔稚魚群分布關系之研究

摘要


在本試驗中,我們分析黃鰭鯛、烏魚及七星鱸等三種海水魚體內各器官之乙醇去氫酵素的活性。結果顯示,在三種魚體內,乙醇去氫酵素的活性以在肝中最高,其中又以烏魚的肝之酵素活性居首。腎臟和鰓內的酵素活性大致上是所有器官中最低的。另外,在肌肉也具有相當高的乙醇去氫酵素活性,其約爲肝中酵素活性之51-55%。

In this study,we investigated the organ distribution of ADH activity in three marinefishes,yellowfin porgy(Acanthopagrus latus),grey mullet(Mugil cephalus)and Japanesesea perch(Lateolabrax japonicus).The ADH activities of various organs in the differentspecies displayed a little difference.The liver was the organ that had the highest enzymeactivity in all the fishes.In particular,the liver of M.cephalus showed the highest activity.The kidney and the gill had the lowest ADH activity in all the three fishes.In the muscle,ADH had medium enzyme activity which was about 51-55% of that in the liver.
