摘要

從台灣產海綿Aaptos aaptos分離出4個生物鹼成分，demethyl(oxy)aaptamine(1)，aapamine(2)，isoaaptamine(3)及aaptosine(4)，這些化合物之結構是利用光譜方法建立的。生物活性的篩檢發現化合物1-3對老鼠淋巴癌，人類鼻咽癌，人類肺癌以人類直腸癌細胞具有強力的毒殺作用。

Four alkaloids,demethyl(oxy)aaptamine(1),aaptamine(2),isoaaptamine(3)andaaptosine(4),have been isolated from the Formosan marine sponge Aaptos aaptos.The structures of these compounds were established by spectral methods.Biological screening revealed that all compounds except 4 showed potent cytotoxicitiesagainst P-388,KB16,A549 and HT-29 tumor cells.
