摘要

從臺東漁港的十一種海水魚的鰓腔或體表發現到六種屬於橈足類、魚虱科、魚虱屬(Caligus Müller,1785)的海水魚虱。此六種寄生魚虱與他們的宿主分別為：寄生在紅甘魚參Seriola dumerili (Risso, 1810)的C. aesopus Wilson, 1921；寄生在鸚哥魚Scarus psittacus Forsskål, 1775與紅紫鸚哥魚S. rubroviolaceus Bleeker, 1847的C. callyodoni Prabha and pillai, 1986; 寄生在齒鰹Sarda orientalis (Temminck and Schlegel, 1844)與扁甲魚參Megalasis cordyla (Linnaeus, 1758)的C. calotomi shiino, 1954; 寄生在長吻龍占Lethrinusm iniatus (Forster, 1801)的C. novocaledonicus Kabata, 1968; 寄生在金色蝶魚Chaetodon auripes Jordan and Snyder, 1901及飄浮蝶魚C. vagabundus Linnaeus, 1758的C. Kapuhili Lewis, 1967; 寄生在圓花鰹Auxis rochei (Risso, 1810)、巴鰹Euthynnus affinis (Cantor,1849)與鱷形鶴鱵Tylosurus crocodilus crocodilus (Péront and Lesueur, 1821)的C. tylosuri (Rangnekar, 1956)。這六種寄生蟲除了均為臺灣的新紀錄種之外，C. callyodoni、C. novocaledonicus及C. Kapuhili此三種並為西北太平洋地區的首次發現！

Six species of sea lice (Caligidae, Copepoda) belonging to the genus Caligus Müller, 1785 were found parasitic on 11 species of marine fishes caught off Tai-Dong and landed at a local fish market. They are ectoparasites living in the gill cavities or on the body surface. The six species of parasites and their hosts are: C. aesopus Wilson, 1921 from the greater amberjack, Seriola dumerili (Risso, 1810); C. callyodoni Prabha and Pillai, 1986 from the common parrotfish, Scarus psittacus Forsskål, 1775, and ember parrotfish, S. rubroviolaceus Bleeker, 1847; C. calotomi Shiino, 1954 from the striped bonito, Sarda orientalis (Temminck and Schlegel, 1844) and torpedo scad, Megalaspis cordyla (Linnaeus, 1758); C. novocaledonicus Kabata, 1968 from the trumpet emperor, Lethrinus miniatus (Forster, 1801); C. kapuhili Lewis, 1967 from the oriental butterflyfish, Chaetodon auripes Jordan and Snyder, 1901 and vagabond butterflyfish, C. vagabundus Linnaeus, 1758; and C. tylosuri (Rangnekar, 1956) from the bullet tuna, Auxis rochei (Risso, 1810), kawakawa, Euthynnus affinis (Cantor, 1849), and hound needlefish, Tylosurus crocodilus crocodilus (Péront and Lesueur, 1821). All six species of parasites are new to Taiwan and three of them, C. callyodoni, C. novocaledonicus, and C. kapuhili, are also new to the western North Pacific.
