Redescription of Pagina tunica Cressey, 1964: A Parasitic Copepod (Pandaridae) Found on Sharks of Taiwan

摘要

在臺灣的三種鯊魚上發現到一種屬於吸管口目、將魚虱科的寄生橈足類Pagina tunica Cressey, 1964。三種鯊魚皆是在臺灣東南岸的台東所捕獲，分別為：深海狐鯊[Alopias superciliosus (Lowe)]、長鰭真鯊[Carcharhinus longimanus (Poey)]以及鋸峰齒鯊 [Prionace glauca (Linnaeus)]。此篇報告是根據在臺灣新採集到的標本，來進行完整的再描述。

Pagina tunica Cressey, 1964 (Copepoda, Siphonostomatoida, Pandaridae) was found parasitic on three species of sharks from Taiwan. The sharks are: bigeye thresher, Alopias superciliosus (Lowe); oceanic whitetip shark, Carcharhinus longimanus (Poey); and blue shark, Prionace glauca (Linnaeus). All sharks were caught off Tai-dong located on the southeast coast of Taiwan. This paper gives a complete redescription of P. tunica based on the newly collected specimens from Taiwan.
