Sn-P-O-Cl系低熔玻璃性質與應用之研究

摘要


Sn-Pb-P-O-Cl系玻璃中,添加SnO會提昇玻璃的耐水性。而在P2O5含量固定下,玻璃之耐水性、玻璃軟化溫度(Td)與玻璃轉換溫度(Tg),大致上隨PbCl2含量的增加而上昇,顯示添加PbCl2會強化玻璃的網路結構。 本研究另取耐水性較佳,而玻璃轉換溫度與氟樹脂烤漆燒成溫度相當之玻璃,添加在氟樹脂烤漆中;發現添加玻璃之試片,在經耐候試驗後,比純氟樹脂烤漆經耐候試驗後,結合強度的下降幅度要小,表示添加玻璃粉末,硬實能有效增加塗膜抗紫外光劣化與耐水性的能力。另外,添加玻璃粉末,能有效增加塗膜的硬度。顯微結構顯示玻璃與樹脂結合性有待加強,結合強度因此下降。

The SnO content was found to increase the water durability of the Sn-P-O-Cl glasses. The water durability, glass transition temperature, and softening temperature of the Sn-P-O-Cl glasses increase with increasing PbC12 content. In other words, the PbC12 would strengthen the structure of the Sn-P-O-Cl glasses. The application of the low melting glasses is also studied. We added a series of glasses to a flourocarbon resin paint. The glass has good water durability and its glass transition temperature is close to curing temperature of the flourocarbon resin. We found that the addition of glass powder could increase the water durability, ultraviolet durability, hardness, and water resistance of the hybrid paint at the sacrifice of bonding strength to Al and Fe substrates.
