對中共三戰戰略地位、功能與同質性思維聯想的論述

The Discourse among the Strategic Position, Function and Homogeneity's Associative Thinking toward CCP's Three-Warfares

摘要

中共三戰論述的發展，是戰略理論不斷推升的成果，其背景有領導人指導的決心，也是軍事理論者不斷在西方實戰的具體樣式中歸納吸收，透過理論的研討與實踐機關的設置和模擬實驗，強化了理論的內涵；隨著研究經驗的增長，與實踐功能不斷擴充，中共以置入工作條例的內容，作為三戰發展的定位，透過廣狹定義的判準，指出三戰的發展由軍事階層進入政治階層發展，將功能的表現由軍事戰略推往政治戰略方向確立；辯證思維是中共對於研究事物的主要方法，不同於邏輯經驗理論的態度，因此，從務實的角度，進行三個具有同性質的概念嘗試著聯繫論述，讓讀者在三戰之外，思考更多的可能性存在。

The development of CCP's three‐warfares is a result of continuous elevating its strategic theories, which reveals the determination of its leaders and an integration of specific combat styles from the West, and gets strengthened through numerous discussions and experiments. With the growth of research experience, and practice of expanding functions, CCP came to put 'work statutes' into content development as a three-wars positioning; moreover, through wide and narrow criterions defined, CCP concludes that the development of three-warfares should be pursued from the military domain to the political one, transferring from military strategies to political ones in terms of its performance capabilities. We have to know that dialectical thinking is the primary method in CCP thinking, quite different from the logic-empirical theory. Thus, from a pragmatic point of view, we've tried to carry out the discourse to touch on the three identical concepts in nature, allowing the readers to think more possibilities beyond the three-warfares.
