以「庫博中文語料庫」分析工具初探「解放軍報」改版後現況

The ＂Liberation Army Daily＂ after the Revision: Results from Using ＂Corpro Chinese Corpus＂ Analysis Tool

摘要

為落實習近平視察解放軍報社時的重要講話精神「堅持軍報姓黨、堅持強軍為本、堅持創新為要」，解放軍報社在保持目前每週76個版的基礎上，調整版面格局，提昇稿件品質，強化報導深度，努力實現「政治上更強、傳播上更強、影響力上更強」的指導。本文試圖以「庫博中文語料庫」為分析工具，針對解放軍報改版後之「要聞」、「八一評論」、「思想戰線」、「黨的建設」等較具代表黨思想之版面為樣本，勾勒出解放軍報改版後之思想層面建構圖像，期瞭解解放軍報貫徹指導程度，並從現況探析其後續可能發展之相關研究建議。透過「庫博中文語料庫」分析解放軍報改版前後現況後，發現「中國大陸」、「黨」、「習近平」等三詞出現頻率較高，在改版後的內容呈現較為精準且區隔，全面與專業，解放軍報在改版後意圖建構宣傳思想工作的重要園地，企圖在思想認識上與黨的要求保持一致，報導著重在「中國大陸」、「黨」、「習近平」等詞彙，更高強度地成為宣傳黨的思想和要求的軍報，且更高效能地貫徹習近平「軍報姓黨、強軍為本、創新為要」的強軍戰略思想。

In response to General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions, ＂the persistence of the military newspaper surnamed the party, the persistence of strengthening the PLA, and the persistence of innovation, to make newspaper stronger politically, stronger propagatable, stronger effectively＂ in a recent visit to the People's Liberation Army Daily (PLA Daily) newspaper agency, PLA Daily proceeds a major revision on current 76 editions per week by adjusting the layout, improving quality and depth of news reports. This article uses the ＂Corpro Chinese corpus＂ as an analytical tool to sample the major PLA Daily's news sections, ＂Major News＂, ＂August 1st Commentary＂, ＂Ideology Front＂ and ＂Party Achievement＂ after their revision. This paper aims to present the contour of a new PLA Daily on the ideological level, understand how far they will go to fulfill Xi's instructions, and suggest possible PLA Daily's subsequent development. Followings are several major findings: first, three keywords ＂Mainland China＂, ＂Party＂ and ＂Xi Jinping＂ appeared on news sections with highest frequencies; Second, PLA Daily's news contents becomes more accurate, diversified and Professionally; third, PLA Daily intends to transform itself into a crucial hub of the party's ideology propaganda agencies. Ultimately PLA Daily is determined to be the one-and-only official military newspaper which obeys unconditionally and promote enthusiastically party's political doctrines and policies.
