國軍心輔人員角色壓力對輔導自我效能之影響:職業倦怠之中介效果

The Impacts of Role Pressure on Counseling Self-efficacy of Military Psychological Counselors: The Mediation of Job Burnout

摘要


本研究探討國軍心輔人員角色壓力對輔導自我效能之影響,並以職業倦怠為中介變項。綜觀過去的研究指出,個體在工作職場上受到過大的壓力後,可能會對輔導自我效能產生負面影響,角色壓力就是一種工作壓力的來源。如果個體在工作職場上長期承受工作壓力,且無法在個人理想與現實生活中取得平衡,將會出現職業倦怠的狀態。因此,本研究假設國軍心輔人員在產生角色壓力知覺後對輔導自我效能有顯著影響,並探討職業倦怠是否中介兩者之關係。研究方法使用問卷調查法,採用立意取樣,以曾經歷練國軍心輔職缺滿1年以上之軍、士官幹部(不含文職心輔員)為研究對象,共計65位受試者,回收有效問卷61份。結果發現假設一:「角色壓力與輔導自我效能具有負相關」及假設二:「職業倦怠與輔導自我效能具有負相關」獲得支持,然而假設三:「職業倦怠中介角色壓力與輔導自我效能之關係」並未獲得支持。最後,本研究也發現職業倦怠雖未具中介效果,卻調節角色壓力與輔導自我效能之間的關係,在職業倦怠程度低的情形下,角色壓力對輔導自我效能具有負向解釋力;然而在職業倦怠程度高的時候,角色壓力對輔導自我效能並無顯著解釋力。

The study examined the impact of role pressure of military psychological counselor on counseling self-efficacy and the mediation of job burnout. Literarily, if people are under too much pressure in the workplace, it can have negative impact on counseling self-efficacy and may lead to a state of burnout. This research used questionnaire survey and adopted purposive sampling. The officers and sergeants of Taiwan's military who had served as the psychological counselors for more than 1 year were recruited as the objects. A total of 65 subjects were collected. The results supported H1: "Role pressure is negatively correlated with counseling self-efficacy" and H2: "Job burnout is negatively correlated with counseling self-efficacy.". However, H3: "Job burnout can mediate the relationship between role pressure and counseling self-efficacy" was not supported. This study further found that job burnout has moderating effect on the relationship between role pressure and counseling self-efficacy.
