本研究主要目的,在瞭解國軍採購人員運動行為、工作壓力與身心健康之現況及其關聯性。並以問卷調查法進行研究,共回收有效問卷321份,所得資料使用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定及卡方檢定等統計方法進行資料處理與分析。研究結果發現: 一、國軍採購人員普遍欠缺運動行為;工作壓力感受偏高,並以「工作負荷」感受最高;身心健康狀況則普遍偏差,並以「憂鬱反應」感受最明顯。 二、不同背景變項的國軍採購人員在運動行為、工作壓力與身心健康研究結果均具差異性。 三、不同運動行為在工作壓力與身心健康層面均有明顯差異,並以不規律運動行為者,其工作壓力感受較高且身心健康狀況較差。 四、工作壓力與身心健康間有高度正相關。 本研究結果期能提供相關單位參考,以重視國軍採購人員運動行為、工作壓力及身心健康情形。並藉由適當的規律運動,降低工作壓力感受,提高工作效率,增進身心健康。 本研究結果期能提供相關單位參考,以重視國軍採購人員運動行為、工作壓力及身心健康情形。並藉由適當的規律運動,降低工作壓力感受,提高工作效率,增進身心健康。
The main purpose of this study is to interpret the current situation and correlation of the ROC military procurement personnel’s exercise behavior, working pressure, physical & mental health. The study are proceeded by questionnaire survey and 321 valid questionnaires were retrieved. All obtained data are processed and analyzed by methods of descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, independent-sample t-test and Chi-square test. The study results reveal the followings: 1. Military procurement personnels are generally scanty of exercise participation. Of working pressure perceived on the high side, ‘working load’ is the highest. Of physical & psychological health weakened in general, the ‘depression’ is perceived obviously. 2. The study conclusion produces valid differences among exercise behavior, working pressure and physical & psychological health for military procurement personnel with different background variants. 3. The diverse exercise behaviors have remarkable differences between working pressure and physical & psychological health.Personnel who has irregular exercise behavior tends to undertake higher working pressure and poorer physical and mental health. 4. There are highly positive correlation between working pressure and physical & psychological health. The study conclusion is expected to be referred by related organizations for placing importance on military procurement personnel’s exercise behavior, working pressure and physical & psychological health, and for further reducing perceived working pressure, increasing working efficiency and improving health by appropriate and regular exercise.
