摘要


使用濕法冶金從煉銅陽極泥中提煉貴金屬,金是首要目標。硒因頗具發展潛力,其囘收價值也相當受重視。浸漬、萃取、還原是濕法冶金三部曲,如何從還原溶液中得到金屬固體,有效的過濾方法是不可或缺的。本文使用真空過濾法探討硒與海棉金之基本濾性,以作為生產工廠設計之依據。由實驗所得,硒具有自凝聚作用,顆粒互相連結在一起,使得濾餅鬆散,固液分離容易。在真空壓力範圍內,硒濾餅平均比阻約4.4×10^3~1.0×10^(10) m/kg,濾布阻力約4.0×10^9~3.2×10^(10) 1/m。金還原因為是在有機相與水相之界面產生,所以還原後之顆粒大小,深受攪拌狀況的影響。在每分鐘90轉之攪拌下,所得之濾餅比阻為2.41×10^(10) m/kg,比不攪拌情況下所得之濾餅平均比阻1.70×10^9 m/kg大,且容易產生微細顆粒而流失於濾液中。但不攪拌情況下,還原反應需時甚久,偶而地攪拌應是最佳途徑。

Hydrometallurgy is a powerful method to recover precious metals from anode slimes in copper refining process. A proper filtration design is one of the factors that affect the product quality as well as recovery rate. In order to have reliable data for the production plant, downward vacuum filtration equipment was used to study the filterability of selenium and gold. Experimental results indicate that the filterability of selenium is easy due to its self-coagulation property. The filterability of gold is affected by the rate of agitation during reaction. Experimental results also show that gold is not difficult to seperate from the gold-loaded slurry, and batch vacuum filter is recommanded for the production plant.
