摘要

本文分析熱軋過程中之熱傳現象，以數學式表示出來，再以有限差分法解熱方程式，建立計算溫度之模式；同時進行軋延測溫試驗，以比較模式之準確性。結果顯示本模式可準確估計熱軋過程中，鋼胚之溫度變化情形，藉此模式，同時也可分析各因素對鋼材溫度變化之影響，供為改變製程條件之依據。

In this article analyses are made for the heat transfer phenomena during hot strip rolling process, and expressed as mathematical formulae. A computer program has been established based on these formulae to calculate the strip temperatures. The results show that this model can predict the strip temperature variation during hot rolling accurately, and can be used as a reference to design or revise the rolling process.
