鋁合金熱軋時製程參數對板材溫度之影響

摘要


鋁合金已廣泛地應用於包裝、3C及運輸等工業產品,因其具有輕量化、比強度高及易回收等優點,如此將可減少燃料使用及廢氣排放。為了提高生產效率及品質提升,鋁合金製造商必須使產品滿足嚴格的品質規範,產品的品質將會影響後續加工時材料內部的微觀組織及結晶結構。軋延製程中,板材溫度歷程為重要的參數之一,因為溫度影響著板材內部微觀組織及結晶結構之變化,進而影響產品機械性質及後續加工製程。本研究利用有限元素分析探討鋁合金5182板材在熱軋時不同製程參數對板材溫度歷程之影響,最後藉由模擬結果及迴歸分析方法獲得一數學模式來預測板材出口溫度。

Aluminum alloys have been widely used in packaging, 3C products and transportation for fuel saving and exhaust decrease because they have excellent properties, such as lightweight, high strength to weight ratio and recycling, etc. In order to improve productivity and product quality, aluminum manufacturers have to keep the strict property specifications required, which are related to the microstructure and texture at each stage in the processing of the material. Temperature is one of the most important state variables influencing microstructure and texture evolution in a strip under hot rolling process. In this study, finite element simulations are performed to investigate the effects of forming parameters on the temperature process in the hot rolling process of aluminum alloy 5182 plate. A mathematical model for predicting the temperature of the plate at the roll bite exit is also established by using FE simulations results and regression analysis.
