鋼板熱軋製程中精軋區之板厚與溫度關係之研究

摘要


本研究在於針對熱軋製程中之精軋區建立一套與板厚相關的所有動態方程式及圖控模擬系統,增進我們對軋延特性以及各相關控制系統的瞭解,進而改善控制系統的參數設定成效,並作為後續控制系統開發改進的基礎工具。 分析的結果顯示,若板厚控制的考慮精度僅在1%時,則鋼帶張力的效應可以忽略,也可以忽略各軋機間張力的交互影響。在第三章中分析溫度對板厚的影響時,也可以完全省略張力的效應,在分析張力及軋輥轉速控制系統時,我們也可解藕,僅需考慮一個張力控制器及其前後共兩座軋機所構成的系統即可。在第五章加上張力效應時與未加上張力效應其完軋板厚僅差約 1% 以下,即可瞭解張力與速度等影響是可以直接解藕的。 從簡單的熱軋模型中,探討溫度與板厚關係之研究,必須知道溫度影響完軋板厚的定量關係,並且探討Bisra板厚控制系統對於各種干擾的排除能力以及張力控制系統對完軋板厚的影響。 在圖控模擬系統中,包含以溫度、板厚等之外界干擾和軋延過程與張力控制所建立之軋延模型。可經由改變溫度觀察完軋板厚的變異,進而瞭解其中的重要性。

This paper presents a study for establishing a simulation system for hot rolling during finishing mill process based on graphic user interface with all dynamical equation of gauge. To develop we understand characteristic of finishing mill and a correlate control system. To develop a control system of parameter and control system a based tool of development. The result of analysis can show the gauge control exactly consider is 1%, then we can ignore strip tension effect and interwork of instand roller. In chapter 3, we analyze temperature effect for gauge and control system of tension and roll velocity to consider a system for a tenstion control and two stand roller for complete ignore tension effect. In chapter 5, the model we include tension effect exactly consider under 1% with the model ignore tension effect. The simplicity model of hot rolling presents a study for temperature and gauge to must know quantification of temperature effect finishing mill gauge and Bisra AGC rejection disturbance ability and looper effect finishing mill gauge. A simulation system on graphic user interface establish a finishing model, including disturbance of temperature and gauge etc. and finishing mill process and looper. To change temperature for observable variable gauge for finishing mill process to understand it is important.
