摘要


萃取技術近年來已廣泛地應用在石化工業、濕法工業、食品加工及醫學工程上主甚具發展潛力主且漸漸受到應有之重視。基本上萃取可分為傳統之溶劑萃取,液膜萃取及超臨界萃取,其萃取之原理相同,但其萃取之過程則有差異。本文就萃取之原理、過程、應用及今後研究發展方向詳加討論之,同時就萃取和蒸餾間之異同及優劣亦有比較,並討論蒸餾被取代之可行性。

Extraction has become the most potential separation method in petrochemical industry, hydrometallurgy, food industry and biomedical engineering and therefore attracts attention. Extraction technique can be divided into three catagories; i.e. solvent extraction, liquid membrane extraction and supercritical extraction. The extraction principle is the same, however, the extraction steps are different. This paper discusses the extraction principle, steps, application and also projects to the future research and development. The comparison between extraction and distillation together with the possible alternative to distillation are also reported.
