摘要


分析化學領域中微量化的萃取技術與分析方法的開發日趨重要,並以簡單、快速的萃取方式來達到預濃縮的效果,依綠色化學為準則,為降低有機溶劑使用量、縮短樣品前處理的時間、提升儀器的偵測靈敏度和分離效能等方向。因此本篇回顧介紹以磁性固相萃取法、分散式固相萃取法、高分子整體成形管柱微萃取法和線上濃縮固相萃取法等技術為主軸,並介紹以新穎材料如金屬有機骨架配位化合物、奈米材料和離子液體,進行修飾與合成,提高分析物的萃取效率、增加選擇性和層析分離等優點,進而提升萃取技術與分析方法應用層面,未來可用於真實樣品檢測的發展價值。

This review mainly focuses on the recent application of extraction techniques to sample preparation. As a green sample preparation techniques, magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE), dispersive solid phase extraction (d-SPE), polymer monolithic microextraction (PMME) and on-line solid phase extraction (On-line SPE) are attractive for a variety of analytical application including pre-concentration, clean-up and extraction methods. These involves the development of new sorbent that are able to increase the selectivity and repeatability, with the aim of highlighting some of the most important aspect of metal-organic frameworks, ionic liquid and nanomaterials together with their applications in analysis.
