摘要


本文目的在提供一簡便方法以求得Higgins-Type連續式離子交換操作系統之最佳化操作條件,所需進行的實驗包括樹脂容量、樹脂推動、分佈係數及管柱實驗。吸附段中樹脂的最大吸附量以樹脂容量的90%計。溶離段中溶離劑最低使用量則由分佈係數求得,而其流速則經由管柱實驗來預估。此法並經硫酸銅-硫酸-Dowex 50x8樹脂及硫酸鎳-硫酸-Dowex 50x8樹脂系統在實際環路上測試,證實可行。

A simplified method to optimize the operation conditions for Higgins type continuous ion exchanger was proposed. The required bench tests in the proposed method include resin capacity, resin movement, equilibrium, and column tests. In the adsorption zone, the maximum quantity of resin adsorption was found to be 90% of resin capacity. The distribution coefficient was employed to calculate the minimum quantity of eluent required in the elution zone. In the mean time, the flow rate of eluent required was calculated via the results of column test. The proposed method was verified by the loop test with CuSO_4-H_2SO_4 -Dowex 50x8 and NiSO_4-H_2SO_4-Dowex 50x8 systems.
