臺灣石材石礦開採之系統分析與作業改進研究

摘要

臺灣石材礦業與石材加工業在東部區域經濟佔一重要地位。由於（1）自然條件之限制，（2）現行開採作業不當，及（3）臺灣產業環境之變遷，近年來石礦開採面臨許多困難。本文以系統觀點就石材石礦之開採方法、作業面佈置、開採流程與作業單元在系統效率、作業成本、及作業環境等方面之現況提出分析與檢討並擬定改進建議。再應用作業研究之隨機過程理論介紹金鋼索鋸作業效率與成本計量之決策分析方法，希望能做為今後石材礦業經營之參考。

Dimension stone industry plays an important role in the regional economy of Eastern Taiwan. Due to the constraints of adverse natural conditions, improper layout design and obsolete mining operations, as well as changes of Taiwan's industrial atmosphere, there are many obstacles faced by the mining companies in recent years. The purpose of this study is intended to systematically analysize current quarrying features so as to provide chances for improvement. Elements included in the analysis are: production efficiency, unit costs, and operation safety etc. Stochastic process is also introduced as a means in helping the allocation of unit costs for the cutting operation of diamond wire saw.
