本研究之目的在探討地質統計金屬礦量評估之理論和方法,建立地質統計之電腦程式,冀能發展此法在國内之應用。研究之内容包括:(1)傳統礦量評估方法之分析與距離平方反比法(IDS)延伸函數之電腦程式設計,(2)地質統計基本理論之介紹,(3)地質統計礦量評估之運算法則推導與變異元(Variogram)及最佳線性估計(Kriging)電腦程式之編纂,設計,及(4)IDS與Kriging對金瓜石樹梅礦體礦量評估之個案分析;並證實在礦量評估上,地質統計法可提供更詳盡之地質與採礦資訊。
The purposes of this study are intended to introduce theoretical background and methodology of geostatistics for estimation of metal-bearing deposits. It is hoped that by the development of handy computer programs, the use of geostatistics technique can be motivated. Major contents of this study include: (1) discussion of the traditional methods of ore reserve estimation, including the development of program for IDS extention functions, (2) study of the algorithm of geostatistics, (3) development/modifying of the computer programs of variogram and kriging, and (4) a case stuy comparing IDS with respect to kriging by using sample data of Sumei-Orebody of Chin- Kua-Shih gold mine. The results indicate that the geostatistical method can provide much more information of the ore body so as to be helpful for the subsequent mining operations.
