摘要

質流分析通常在建廠的準備階段就已開始，由於露天礦場的重要任務就是生產出適量適質的礦產品，為此在投產前應詳細分析需選用那種產能的機具，礦場配置應開展到那種程度，以及人力配置、產品庫存量與後勤補給應如何建置才算合理。建置完成後，現金流量分析就可以清楚的獲得結果，以為投資的參考，並且質流分析的基本設定數據可以做為後續管理的基準值。當質流分析的基準值帶入電腦程式中，我們便可建立自動化管理系統，使管理者得以隨時掌握成本、效率與庫存等重要指標。並可透過修訂基準值來測試整體生產效益是否提高。本文的主要目的在介紹質流平衡分析的基本概念，以期各礦場能建立其獨立的自動化管理系統與設定合理的管理指標。

Mass flow analysis is carried out in plant design during the basic and preparatory stage for each project. In surface mine operation, we are concentrated on what quantities and qualities of minerals have to be handled? We have to select the right equipment and layout the quarry properly with the associated manpower arrangement, product storage and logistic supply chain. All the problems mentioned above can be done by mass flow analysis. Then the cash flow can be calculated clearly and the basic management criteria can be settled.By using the proper computer program, we can establish an automatic management system to supervise the cost, efficiency, and inventories by input the basic data used in mass flow analysis. We can revise the data later by modifying the input criteria such that the manager can read the performance at real time.In this paper, we try to present the basic concept of mass flow analysis such that each quarry can setup his automatic management system and reasonable managed.
