高爐粉煤噴燃系統之研究及應用

A Study of Pulverized Coal Injection System for Blast Furnace and Its Implementation

摘要


煉鐵高爐採用噴煤操作取代噴油操作,可以節約巨額的鐵水生產成本。為了實現此一經濟效益,中鋼公司各部門發揮團隊合作精神,從經濟及技術而進行可行性評估,同時研究粉煤吹射、輸送及噴燃等關鍵性技術,以奠定技術發展的基石,並結合設計與工程能力,建立高爐粉煤氣送噴燃的系統設備;而後高爐操作人員將#1及#2兩座高爐成功地改變為噴煤操作,每年節約的能源費用可達三億五千萬元。文中亦詳述粉煤吹射桶的吹料速率、粉煤氣動輸送、以及粉煤噴燃等現象的計算模式的發展,並參予比較實驗型系統操作的結果。對於高爐粉煤噴燃系統的建造,以及高爐噴煤前後的操作情況,也併予提出說明。

To facilitate the adoption of coal injection operation for the blast furnace, a task force has been organized to conduct the feasibility study in both economical and technical aspects. The essential knowledge regarding the pulverized coal injection, pneumatic transport and combustion was undergone thorough investigation for which a pilot plant experiment and calculation model development were carried out. The results and understanding from the study were then incorporated in the design and engineering capability to construct the pulverized coal injection and combustion facilities for both #1 and #2 blast furnaces. Described in the paper is also the successful commissioning of the coal injection system concomitant with transitional blast furnace operation. The conversion from oil injection to coal injection results in significant energy cost saving which is expected to exceed 350 million NT dollars annually.
