高比重水泥漿之應用研究

The Application of High Density Sea-Water Mud

摘要


目前泥漿所用之稀劑中,木質素(Lignite)之含鉻量比木質磺酸塩(C. L. S.)低,所製之泥漿流動配性質略同又較便宜,因此現場鑽井泥漿在一開始加稀劑時可用Lig替代C. L. S.卽可節省成本又可降低環境汚染。海域採用海水泥漿當鑽井流體,主要取其使用方便,泥漿固粒含量少,對頁岩的抑制性佳,為世界各國海域鑽井所普遍採用。台灣海域正採用低比重海水泥漿鑽鑿,情況良好,將來擬在南部海域地區用高比重海水泥漿,經本專題研究以低比重海水泥漿改配成高比重者,結果可適用,並可直接改配為完井泥漿。

Among the thinners of drilling mud, lignite is cheaper, less in chrome content and better in controlling mud property than that of chrome lignosulfonate. In offshore drilling, we use sea-water as drilling fluid in order to get the advantage of its availability; low solid content and good shale inhibition. It becomes more popular gradually in the offshore drilling worldwide. In Taiwan offshore, the low density sea-water mud is usually used in the northern area, but in the southern area, the high density sea-water mud will be used to control the abnormal pressure formation. In this study, we have found the formulation with the low density sea-water mud can be used to make the high density sea-water mud, and it can be changed directly to become the completion fluid.
