坑道掘進之爆破設計參數研究

The Effects of Some Parameters on the Design of Drift Blasting

摘要


本研究之主要目的是藉著分析實際隧道開炸狀況以提供有關岩石性質、區域地質、炸藥特性、爆破設計與爆破結果間互相關係之資料,以期對爆破設計之系統化有所幫助。現場測試項目乃根據前人研究對岩石爆破有影響,並選其在施工現場實際可行之參數加以記錄,再與施工之爆破設計以及爆破之效果共同加以分析。在測試亞洲水泥花蓮新城礦場之新拓平巷後發現,在高度變質石灰石之狀況下:1.楔形拔心法較扇形拔心法容易產生碎石破碎度不均匀的情形。2.若有與楔形拔心之拔心平面近乎平行之不連續面通過拔心區域時,則拔心區域之岩石可能產生破碎不均的情形。3.與隧道頂盤近乎平行之不連續面對勻滑爆破之效果影響很大。4.提高輪進深度可以有效的增進隧道開拓工程之效率。

The purpose of this study is to provide more informations concerning the inter-relationships among rock properties, local geological conditions, properties of explosives, blasting designs, and blasting results. Hopefully, by analysing tunnel blasting rounds, the results of this research will contribute more informations to the systematization of blast design. The parameters selected in this study are based on previous researches. Those parameters which are declared effective on blasting results and accessable at site were measured. With these parameters and blasting results all together, the relations among them were studied. After the measurements on the excavation of a drift at Hsin-Chen Quarry, Hwalien Plant, Asia Cement Co., the following results are obtained. 1. The size distribution of V-Cut spreads wider than that of Fan-Out. 2. When using V-Cut, if there exists discontinuity plane which is almost paralled to one of the Cut face passing through the Cut, the rock within the Cut tends to break unevenly. 3. Those discontnuities which are almost horizontal will ruin the result of smooth blasting. 4. Tunnelling efficiency can be greatly improved by deeper advancement per round.
