鳳林區未來在石灰石礦整體開發時,可能發生的環境問題主要有三項:一、景觀破壞。二、邊坡不穩定與土壤侵蝕。三、河川水質之改變。欲減低上述可能之環境不利影響,其主要之對策可歸納如下:一、選擇適當之開採位置與開採方法。二、針對礦場開發、道路開挖、截流沉澱設施等作一適切之規劃。三、在開採作業中同時進行綠化復整工作。本研究區內石灰石礦開發時宜配合林業土地利用目標,設計最佳化之階段採掘面,並利用直井與隧道運搬,進行集中採掘。在此同時,亦應注意最終殘壁之安定性。
The major environmental problems that will encounter during the integrated development of limestone in Fenglin area in the future are: 1. Visual intrusion. 2. Slope instability and soil erosion. 3. Change of river water quality. The principal strategies that could mitigate the above adverse environmental impacts are as follows: 1. Selection of proper mining sites and mining methods. 2. Appropriate planning for mining development, road excavation, and erosion and infiltration control. 3. Simultaneous greening reclamation with mining operations.
