高爐爐床殘厚外形推估技術開發與應用

Development and Application of Estimation Method for the Eroded Profile of Hearth of Blast Furnace

摘要


爐床殘厚是爐代壽命的關鍵指標之一,目前以實爐測溫配合理論預測來推估。本研究針對中鋼一號高爐,從現場測溫資料庫配合熱傳理論及數值解析技巧,建立一套可由現場測溫直接推估爐床殘厚外形及凝固層厚度的技術,並利用實爐床溫歷史資料,進行該技術推估能力、穩定度及上線合適性的線外測試。經測試證實該技術上線合適性後,本研究將該技術以物件導向電腦語言建立一套PC版爐床殘厚外形及凝固層厚度推估軟體,並移轉一號高爐追蹤大修前爐床殘厚及凝固層厚度的變化歷程。經與大修停爐取得之殘厚資料比對,證實該技術在爐底中心區域的推估準確性令人滿意,角落區域則有較明顯誤差,然整體推估表現仍優於國外鋼廠的類似技術。

The residual brick thickness of Blast Furnace (BF) is an important index for its campaign life. The thickness is commonly estimated by in-situ temperature measurement aided with appropriate theoretical model. In this work, a theoretical model was developed was to estimate the profiles of eroded brick and solidification layer in BF hearth from the in-situ temperature database and heat conduction theory. After thorough off-line testing for its estimation ability, the developed model was converted to a PC version computer software which was installed in the No. 1 BF at CSC to trace and record the variation history of the profiles of eroded brick and solidification layer in the hearth before relining. It is found that the estimated eroded profile agrees quite well with the measured one in the center of hearth bottom, but the discrepancy becomes significant in the corner. However, the overall estimation performance of the developed method has been proven superior to the similar method devloped by overseas steel plant.
