摘要


本文簡述了雜銅再生精煉中雜質的行為。着重討論了精煉中的蒸鋅、除鉛、精煉三階段。對經典理論在上述工藝中的某些指導要點,提出了不同的看法。否定了蒸鋅焦炭必須無硫的論點。對除鉛過程從金相學的觀點,提出了系統的概念,還以反射爐精煉條件為基礎,根據理論的適用範圍,指出精煉中砷、銻被氧化成Me_2O_5的可能並不存在。因此,有理由認為:砷、銻的除去次序,仍符合雜質一般行為,即在鉛被除去之前除去。

A brief discussion has been made on the removing of impurities in the smelting process of recycled copper scraps. The discussion is emphasized on the zinc evaporization, removal of lead in smelting. Reaction mechanism that are different from the currently accepted one has been proposed. In the zinc evaporization process, the use of sulfur free coke is opposed. For the process of removal of lead, based on the metallgraphic point of view, a systematic concept is proposed. With the consideration of the reasonable range of smelting parameters in reverberatory furnace it is pointed out that the possibilities of oxidation of As and Sb to form Me_2O_5, do not exist. Therefore, it is reasonable to deduce that the removal of As and Sb impurities has occurred before the removal of lead.
