摘要

本文從能源、有價金屬的提取，及經濟等方面，對現行黃雜銅再生的三個工藝，進行了評估。指出，在生產過程，黃雜銅中的鋅，都只能以氧化鋅粉，富集於烟塵之中。對黃雜銅中的銅鋅分離，及以金屬鋅形態回收，從理論上，作了詳細的論述。由此，提出了一個有別於前者的新流程。

In this paper, three regeneration processes of miscellaneous coppers are evaluated from the view points of energy, recovery of valuable metals, and economics. It is stated that during the process the element zinc existing in the miscellaneous coppers could be enriched only as zinc oxide powder in the smoke dust. Detail theoretical discussions are given on the separation of copper from zinc in the miscellaneous coppers and on the reclamation of zinc in the form of metal. And thus a novel flowsheet different from the previous ones is proposed.
