摘要


金鋼索鋸為開採石材礦床之機具,其特點為機動性好、石材採取率高、作業安全等。但因屬進口機具,操作及維修技術不純熟,零件補充困難,故停機待修期過長,影響開採成本。本文從該機具之機械構造探討其在本地製造或拼裝之效果,並分別就驅動、控制及切割三部份加以詳細評估。另外也針對使用者提供之作業中機具故障頻率高之元件提出改進意見。期望能促使金鋼索具裝配或製造本土化及維修簡易之目的。如此,即可降低設備成本,減少機械故障停機待修之時間,以及提高操作工時之效果。

Diamond wire saw is a dimension stone quarrying equipment with high mobility, selectivity and operation safety. Since diamond wire saw is manufactured abroad and introduced to domestic quarry mines recently, it encounters problems such as lacking operation and maintenance technology, difficulty in getting parts supply and long down-time for repairment. Therefore, the operation costs for diamond wire saw are rather high and consequently the local quarry companies are hesitated to use it. The object of this project is to investigate the mechanism of diamond wire saw and its application to quarry dimension stone in Taiwan. In this paper, firstly, the mechanism of diamond wire saw was carefully studied with three subjects: main unit, control system and diamond wire. Secondly, based on the informations collected during field operation and observation, discussion with operators and lab testing, the problems encountered in operating diamond wire saw were specified and suggestions were proposed. Hopefully, by doing so, we can achieve the goals of pushing the assembling and manufacturing diamond wire saw locally as well as making the maintainence easier. So that, the capital investment can be lowered, the down time can be reduced and the efficiency of operation can he improved.
