提升石灰熔解速率及其在轉爐吹止磷控制上之應用

摘要


經由實驗室中的DTA,Crucible Reactivity Test,SEM及X-Ray等試驗方法證實Iron Oxide與石灰非常容易結合形成低熔點的Calcium Ferrite,對於提升石灰在轉爐渣中之熔解速率及渣化脫磷之冶金功能有明顯之助益。同時經由爐渣侵蝕試驗證實Iron Oxide對於轉爐耐火磚(MgO-C)又不會造成任何明顯之異常侵蝕現象,因此Iron Oxide為轉爐煉鋼之絕佳助熔劑。利用實驗室之研究結果,配合適當之渣化模式設計,改善轉爐吹煉之渣化效果,使得高碳低磷鋼種之轉爐平均吹止磷降至0.0142%,而因磷偏高導致之轉爐再吹煉比例則從19.8%降至7.1%。

Samples of fluxing agents were reacted with high calcium lime to estimate their relative "fluxing" ability, i. e. the effectiveness of the fluxing materials in favor of the formation of calcium ferrite and in causing lime dissolution. The buildup of reation product layers was monitored by DTA, SEM and XRD. Severity of attack of various fluxing agents on furnace refractories were also evaluated. The plant trials were conducted to examine the influence of flux pattern, blow-off temperature and the deoxidizer addition on dephosphorization effect of high carbon steels in BOF process. After the revision of flux pattern and blow-off temperature control, the following results are obtained: (a) The average of blow-off phosphorus decreased from 0.018% to 0.0142% (b) The reblow ratio due to high phosphorus decreased from 19.8% to 7.1%
