中鋼轉爐吹煉高磷鋼種石灰用量之研究

摘要

轉爐吹煉添加石灰造渣的主要目的是為了鋼液脫硫、脫磷。而高磷鋼對轉爐造渣脫磷的要求並不是特別需要，倒是一些硫含量規格較嚴苛的高磷鋼種，反而需要在轉爐造高鹽基度渣作脫硫或防止復硫，以符合實際的需求。本研究針對特定高磷鋼種作為探討對象，轉爐吹煉石灰減少用量，探討澄清轉爐石灰用量對鋼液脫硫的影響，進而尋求轉爐吹煉高磷鋼種時石灰減量的空間。

The main purpose of adding lime in Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) is to make slag for both desulfurization and dephosphorization. However, it seems paradoxical when producing high-[P] but low-[S] steel, desulfurization is critical but not dephosphorization. This study investigates the effort of reduced lime consumption or desulfurization and dephosphoriztion. This study clarifies the effect of potential of reducing lime consumption on dephosphorization.
