This text is divided into the quantity which is divided into three parts and examined mainly. First part, by dielectric property measurement, we find dielectric constant of C60 films increases obviously as measurement frequency decreasing. And the change degree of AC conductivity before and after phase transition, increasing as frequency decreasing, and close to DC conductivity changes before and after phase transition. Second part, by measurement conductivity of gold overlayed C60 films , we find conductivity of gold overlayer decreases to conductivity of gold bulk by 30 times at the room temperature. And among 260K and 300K, the characteristic of the semiconductor appears. When under temperature 260K, the conductivity of gold overlayer has the changes of about 10 orders of magnitude. The third part, by measurement field emitting characteristic of C60 films field, we find their threshold fields are 0.2 V/μm.
