Thin Organic Composite Coated Electrogalvanized Steel Sheet with High Corrosion Resistance
摘要
連續式生產的電氣鍍鋅鋼片經特殊鉻酸鹽皮膜處理（Cr含量10-120 mg/m^2）再塗裝上一層（≒1 μm）／有機／無機複合皮膜而成。該鋼品具有：（1）耐指紋（2）高耐蝕性（3）耐溶劑／熱鹼清洗劑（4）高導電性（5）良好的再塗裝性。可簡化下游鋼鐵加工製程，減少環境汚染並且提高鋼鐵製品的品質。廣泛地應用於電腦、電器、家電、汽車、家俱等業界。

Thin orangic composite coated electrogalvanizd steel sheet have been produced by a special chromate treatment (Cr: 10-120mg/m^2) & an organic/inorganic hybrid coating (≒ 1μm) through a continuous production line. The sheet possesses such properties as: (1) anti-finger print (2) high corrosion resistance (3) solvent/hot alkali cleaner resistance (4) high conductivity (5) good paintability. These will simplify the manufacturing processes for the down-stream users, reduce environrnental pollution and increase the product quality. The sheet has wide applieations in computer, electronic, appliance, automobile and furniture inductries.
